GPS routes

As we all know Anton has been busy training for Epic an luckily for us he carries his trusty GPS with him. (just in case he should be distracted and lose his way…)
He has been kind enough to share his secret training routes with us all. The routes can be downloaded free of charge to all Garmin GPSs with MapSource Software. Now we can solve the mystery of his training techniques…
